TERMOS DE SERVIÇO

1°⭐|| PAGAMENTO;
➥ O pagamento pode ser feito por pix;➥ O pagamento deve ser feito por completo depois da aprovação do sketch ou de forma 50/50 (metade do valor depois da aprovação do sketch e a outra metade antes de receber a arte finalizada).2°⭐|| REEMBOLSO;
➥ Caso eu não possa dar início à arte por qualquer motivo, ou caso haja desistência antes do início da arte; será feito reembolso total do valor através do pix;➥ Caso haja desistência ou cancelamento da arte durante o seu processo, será feito reembolso de 50% e a arte será entregue do jeito que está (sem finalização).3°⭐|| USO COMERCIAL;
➥ Artes feitas com o uso comercial incluso terão um adicional de 50% do valor.
4°⭐|| PRAZO;
➥ Se o cliente tiver algum prazo específico para a entrega da arte, deverá ser discutido antes de começar o processo. Caso o prazo for curto, terá uma taxa adicional;➥ O tempo do prazo pode variar por motivos pessoais, como disponibilidade e saúde. Caso haja algum tipo de atraso, o cliente será comunicado.>———————————————————————<5°⭐|| PROCESSO E VALORES ADICIONAIS;
➥ Você pode pedir quantas atualizações quiser sobre o progresso da arte durante o seu processo;➥ Se quiser pedir grandes alterações sobre a arte, só serão aceitas durante a fase do rascunho;➥ Alterações pequenas (como cores ou pequenos detalhes adicionais) poderão ser feitas após a fase do rascunho;➥ Artes feitas com sigilo terão um adicional de 15% do valor;
Designs complexos poderão ter uma taxa adicional;➥ Fundos detalhados deverão ser discutidos antes de dar início ao processo, e terão uma taxa adicional.>———————————————————————<6°⭐|| EU POSSO, COMO ARTISTA;
➥ Publicar as artes feitas em minhas redes sociais como forma de divulgação de conteúdo;➥ Negar o pedido de encomenda caso ele me deixe desconfortável.7°⭐|| EU NÃO POSSO, COMO ARTISTA;
➥ Usar a arte feita para o cliente de forma comercial;➥ Dizer que o personagem do cliente é meu;
➥ Vender o personagem do cliente como adopt.>———————————————————————<8°⭐|| VOCÊ PODE, COMO CLIENTE:
➥ Usar a arte de forma pessoal (como foto de perfil, banner, wallpaper).➥ Publicar a arte em suas redes sociais (com os devidos créditos).9°⭐|| VOCÊ NÃO PODE, COMO CLIENTE:
➥ Usar uma arte encomendada como uso pessoal de forma comercial (como fazer mercadoria da arte e vender sem permissão e sem pagamento da taxa de uso comercial);➥ Usar a arte para treinar IAs;➥ Dizer que a arte é de sua autoria;➥ Remover a marca d'água da arte ao postar em alguma rede social.>———————————————————————<

TERMS OF SERVICE
>———————————————————————————<⚠️|| WARNING: Failure to comply with anything that is written on my Terms of Service will result in a breach of the agreement, causing the customer to lose their rights to the commissioned artwork. It is advisable that the customer reads everything carefully, and if they have any questions, they can send me a message through my social networks.>———————————————————————————<
1°⭐|| PAYMENT ;
➥ Payment needs to be made through paypal only;➥ Payment needs to be sent fully after the sketch approval, or 50% after the sketch approval and the other 50% berore receiving the completed art piece.2°⭐|| REFUNDS;
➥ If I'm unable to start your commission for whetever reason, or if the client wants to cancel the commission BEFORE I start working on it, I'll send a full refund;➥ If the client wants to cancel the commission after I started working on it, the client will receive a refund of 50%, as well as the unfinished art piece;.➥ Paypal tax WILL be discounted from the refund value.3°⭐|| COMMERCIAL USE;
➥ If you want to commission an artwork with commercial rights, there will be a 50% increase on the total price.
4°⭐|| DEADLINES;
➥ Deadlines must be discussed before I start working on the commission. In case of strict deadlines, there will be an additional charge;➥ The time spent working on the commission may vary for personal reasons, such as availability or health. If there is any type of delay, the client will be notified.>———————————————————————<5°⭐|| COMMISSION PROCESS AND ADITIONAL CHARGES;
➥ You may ask for as many updates as you want during the commission process;➥ Big changes regarding the commission will only be accepted during the sketch phase;➥ Small changes like color corrections or the addition of small details can be made after she sketch phase;➥ If you want me not to share the art that has been made on any social media platform, the will be an extra charge of 15%;➥ Detailed designs may have an extra charge;
Detailed backgrounds must be discussed before I start working on the commission, as they may have an additional charge as well.>———————————————————————<6°⭐|| AS AN ARTIST, I'M ABLE TO;
➥ Publish my work on social media as a way to share my content;➥ Not accept a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable or if I'm unable to do it.7°⭐|| AS AN ARTIST, I'M UNABLE TO;
➥ Use a commissioned work as commercial art➥ Say that my client's character design was created by me;
➥ Sell a client's character design as an adopt.>———————————————————————<8°⭐|| AS A CLIENT, YOU ARE ABLE TO;
➥ Use the commissioned artwork for personal means (like use it as a profile picture, banner and wallpaper);➥ Publish the commissionted artwork on social media (with credits given)9°⭐|| AS A CLIENT, YOU ARE UNABLE TO;
➥ Use a personal artwork in a commercial way (like selling merchandise of the artwork without paying for a commission with commercial rights);➥ Use my artwork on AI;➥ Usar a arte para treinar IAs;➥ Claim my work as yours;➥ Remove my watermark if you're posting the artwork on social media.>———————————————————————<
